Kütahya Investment Support Office is a unit operating under Zafer Development Agency (ZDA). ZDA was established with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 14/07/2009 and numbered 2009/15236 as a regional developmental agency operating in the Region TR33 consisting of 4 provinces in Turkey; Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya, Manisa and Uşak. The Agency endeavours to develop cooperation between public sector, private sector and non-governmental organizations; to ensure on-site and efficient use of the resources and to mobilize the local potential so as to speed up the regional development in line with the national development plan and policies; to ensure sustainable development; and to minimize the inter- and intra-regional differences in terms of development.

Zafer Development Agency is one of the 26 development agencies across the country and it is the related institution of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The Agency carries out its activities within the scope of Law No. 5449 on the Services of Development Agencies and the Sixteenth Section of the Presidential Decree No. 4.

Kutahya Investment Support Office provides these services;

• Providing all kinds of information and documents related to investment environment of the province to the investors,
   
• To coordinate and follow the process of  the application of the permits and licenses,
   
• To ensure that investors are contacted with relevant local organizations they necessitate,
   
• To participate in organizations such as conferences, fairs, seminars, meetings, business trips in Turkey and abroad in order to introduce the business and investment environment of the province to the potential investors,
   
• To give consultancy about the supports/incentives provided by different institutions,
   
• To cooperate with the relevant institutions and organizations so as to improve the investment environment,
   
• To provide aftercare services thereafter the investment is realized,
   
• To work in cooperation with the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Investment Office and other relevant institutions to promote the province and to attract the investments
